Unete, in collaboration with the Latino Advisory Committee is sponsoring three parent meetings, directed at increasing parental involvement in their children’s education.

The gatherings are scheduled for October 19 at South Medford High School, 6:00pm,  October 26 Jackson Elementary School at 5:30pm and November 2, at Hedrick Middle School at 6:00pm.

These parent led meetings will solicit input from parents about how to improve educational outcomes for our youth and focus on the importance of asking questions and being a part of their child’s educational success.

School district administration is supportive and excited to be part of this effort.   Its a win-win for everyone.  Stronger, better educated youth = A stronger community
